Presenter: Clif Triplett – Executive Director Cybersecurity & Risk Management, Kearney

This presentation will include Clif Triplett’s significant accomplishments in this arena, and

his current perspective.

Takeaways will include:

1. The Need for OT/IT Convergence, to include:

a) Increased Efficiency and Productivity, to include Integration of business

processes with production processes, so decisions made in the business

environment are reflected in the production floor real-time.

b) And Data-Driven Decisions, analyzing real-time data from OT systems with IT

systems, resulting in more informed decisions, optimize operations, and

improve productivity.

2. Enhanced Security, to include:

a) Unified Security Policies and procedures (controls) that covers both domains,

as both domains are under tremendous attack, many times from nation

states, depending upon the crown jewels of the entity.

b) Proactive Threat Detection, leveraging IT security tools to monitor OT

environments, establish early detection and mitigation of threats.
