Process Control Manager

the Process Automation Group and coordinate with other manufacturing
optimization engineers to maintain, add new points, and improve the
operability of process control systems; troubleshoot and tune the process
controls; maintain and add points to the control system and add advanced
control applications; maintain and upgrade the process control networks and
software; support major projects, and other system support as needed.
Bachelor of
Science in Chemical Engineering or related field and appropriate plant
control experience, and evening and weekend on-call support on a rotating
basis to provide a first response is required, if needed. Additional
requirements include experience with single loop and DCS based control
systems, relay logic and PLC's, light hydrocarbon reaction, distillation and
boiler steam generation; and Advanced Control theory and applications.
Knowledge of field instrumentation and how it connects to the control
system, strong experience with a Honeywell LCN Network, GUS, HPN, APPNODE,
and PHD, and with Honeywell Experion, TDC3000 and Advanced multifunction
controller hiway system, and Allen Bradley Slick 500 is preferred.
